Sarah Michieka

Hello all, I’m Sarah Michieka. I’m an MSc student in Oxford’s Migration Studies program and I completed my undergraduate degree in African Studies and Economics at Harvard. I was drawn to Kite-Oxford’s approach to development and social change that emphasized the importance of local connections and cultural competency, but also addressed the research challenges faced by NGOs working in development.  I am excited by the work that Kite Oxford is doing in filling the gap in the search for solutions in the development sector and look forward to contributing my skills in research and evaluation.
